COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Fresh Pasta

This pasta is fresh, not dried, like most pasta you'll find on the

shelves in grocery stores.  Keep it frozen until right before it is cooked. 

  • Boil water with salt (to taste)

  • Drop pasta in boiling water straight from freezer

  • Use a fork or tongs to carefully break apart the pasta

  • Cook the pasta 'al dente' approximately 4-5 minutes, testing frequently

Sauce

  • On low, warm sauce in a sauce pan

  • When hot, add pasta and toss

​

Lasagna

  • Bake approximately 40 minutes at 450F.
